Pwede bug sa Ragna
or Dili ka render ug tarong sa text and vc (most likely not the problem, coz it could render the graphics well)
try to look at the settings.
try to play other games, observe if it will come out with the same problem.

Try to reinstall the video card driver, if not solve the problem, reinstall ragna.
I dont think its OS problem.

Or you can buy a dedicated VC to make sure you will be out of misery (joke)

VIA chrome9 HC IGP Family WDDM 256mb.. mao man naa dri sa pc bro, built in na daan. hinatag raman sad gud ni nga pc.

VIA Chrome doesnt do well on Vista and its drivers are not that well.. u can also ask for suggestion on what vcard thats fits ur pc best. just post ur budget and maybe we can help you out.!

if intel saks at IGP Via would really sak more. hehehe!

Pentium 4.? i guess AGP pana imo gmit.

dont change the mobo it will all be the same only difference is the memory. Pentium 4 uses AGP and socket 478. the changes that will ever took place is the memory from SDRAM to DDRAM.

so i wont sugget you buying a new MOBO. except if ur buying a new MOBO which means buying a new Procie,vcard,memory.
