    mao jud... but most people will encourage him to lie... ambot lang ngano, maybe they are used tp that

    kung dili kaau strict ang company re requirements, ok ra man na niya ibutang sa iya resume. pero kung confident xa sa iya skills, wa nay blema..

    mao sad. pro unsa mga compnaies na di masyado higpit? naa ko kaila ni awol sya from our compnay na TL na noon sya sa PS? heheheh. pro kung PS gamay ra sweldo daw. try kaha niya convergys? looy pud ning lakiha oi. hehe. gi ask nko unsa prob sa company nya now. naa daw sya nabuhat na prone for termination. so which is better? pa terminate sya? or AWOL? heehe. murag wa di ba?

    kung dili siya ang sad-an sa iya pag AWOL ngano mamakak man.
    mas angay pa gani siya mosulti kung bati man gani ang company nga iya gigikanan.

    i don't even use the term AWOL; i use the word QUIT hehe. bitaw that was my case at a call center. 2 months ra ko didto kay wa ko kaagwanta sa swinging shifts. so i just told my co-trainor that i wasn't reporting that coming Monday. the end hehe. i'm not an expert on employment records coz i don't care much about employment histories anyway, but i guess it's okay to put the 2-year experience on the resume, then tell the potential employer that you quit that company for some reasons. naa nalang na sa employer kung mo utingkay pa siya.

    ^ya and his BIR records are accessible by HR so might as well not hide that fact

    yup pero ingna nga sulti sa rason why ni awol... oplok sad ug ngang ni awol, pila ray pag file ug resignation.. bisag immediate. naa pa kay kwarta makuha and naa pa kay good nga endorsement
