The IP can be detected as multiple user, I already tried this. I know a site where they give away RS accounts. Some user will replace the password after using the account.

no user can replace the password if the account is already locked by the owner. those accounts you mention are phish accounts. they hacked it by using proxy and a program. the only thing could changed the password is the rapidshare itself though LOG information and the owner..
