    Hi. I used to be an employee at smart communications. I was a Customer Management Officer there. To apply is simple. Just be confident lang. so far sa akong experience wala man jud tuy exam. it was full of interviews. first with the HR, then the immediate supervisors (the big 3) and last but not the least the regional head, she has the final say if you're in or out

    how was your working experience sa smart? why man ka nihawa? pila starting ddto? wala man ko tawage though kadawat ko ug email to just keep my lines open... dayshift ako gpangita gud...

    so far, ok man ang work.. naanad ko na mura nalang xa ug routne... i resigned since i dont like the people i am working with. they see you as an enemy kay lagi ang commision kay mogamay basta naa ma add sa company. expecially if mo excel ka, they get jealous and daotun ka, also every week lahi2x imong restday, every week pud mag meeting 1-2times a week mo end usually around 12-1am na... basic nako was 11 katong probee pako... but nisaka xa kato regular nako then ang commision lang jud is dako... REALLY BIG. mas dako pa xa sa call center na commission sa sales

    mao jud na problema basta dili maayo ang mga tao sa opisina, bisan pa unsaon cguro nmu ug tarong, makademoralize jud if dautan lng ka permi... eampo lng na sila hehehe...

    hi miss yonnie! im applying for the accounts relations assistant position, i was wondering if pila pay ana nga position. naa kay idea miss? g.emailan man gd ko for phone interview daw. then galibog man ko oi if nice ba ang environment ug ang pay, HUHUHU. pwede ko matabangan nimog sulbad ani nga problema miss? thnx!

    hi ask lang ko unsay tinood nga istorya aning System Operator position, murag last Nov. pako nakabantay nga open den mo announce npd sila every 3months.
