Report sa DOTC, LTO, DENR sa mga smoke belchers 'coz they said that Apprehension of smoke belchers is among the mandates of the DOTC. The agency has tied up with the Environmental Management Bureau of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) for the creation of a task force to go after motorists who do not comply with the act.
