yes, both parents are PCCI registered. 4 red marks ang puppies/litters "puhon". puhon nya

however, unlike other breeds than GSD's; PCCI red/green marks doesnt count as much as SV ratings.
hence most quality GSD's are imported from germany that follows that less have marks on the pcci.

with PCCI sanctioned dog shows all breeds are in competition with other breeds. with SV's(either landesgruppen or sieger) only GSD's are in the competition. that means the competition is way much stiffer because judges are experts on the GSD breed.
