I think his posters came here in Cebu before the Independence Day Celebration... His a government official and for sure he was able to secure authority from government in posting his f**king face!!!!

The posters of Bayani Fernando were posted nationwide, well this maybe one of our government's way in showing our current Hero/s... Nothings wrong with the government's motive with their Independence day campaign but what's wrong is the face of BF in it!!! As far as we all know many of our fellows deserves more than BF, for example our OFWs!

Bottom line is that BF abused his power and used our government campaign for his publicity and his taking advantage on it... Well he is a big loser!!!! hahaha he can't win this coming election, too bad for him
