mu detect ba using external cdrom?
basing ika palit nakog external cdrom then dili khapon pwede... usik lang..
bro, i think mo-detect na cya..
para sure, before nimo na paliton pangutan-a sa daan ang namaligya kung ma-detect ba na sa imong laptop or else if dili di nimo paliton..
he said guba ang usb ports. a cd-rom enclosure will not work since mogamit man ug usb port ang cd-rom.
ang ako lang gyud ma-suggest nimo bay kay kuhaa ang hard drive sa imong laptop, isulod ug enclosure then gamita imong desktop para mag-install ug ubuntu sa enclosure. it works though, i dont know about driver issues.
TFTP and boot from LAN. But if you didn't know that already, you probably won't get around to doing this.

dili man ana magwork kng mo install ka OS sa imong Desktop , tapos etransfer nimo sa Laptop imong hardrive. coz lahi man gud ang hardware..

magsearch ka youtube bro.. my tutorials dyan kng paano gumawa ng Bootable USB..
Assuming we are going to use ubuntu, ubuntu has a large library of drivers. If akong i-transfer ang hdd with ubuntu installed sa other systems, ubuntu will automatically deploy drivers or if wala gani, restricted drivers para sa new system na iyang na-detect.
I tried this? Yes I do. I installed ubuntu in 5 thumbdrives and deployed it into computers na lahi-lahi ug specifications. They all worked except for some "driver not found" issues.
This isn't windows, where bawal ang balhin balhin![]()
