well the price is very appropriate for the offer... especially those mentioned... kaso ma negotiate man gihpon gud... usually ang nag stay sa other room kay koreans or japanese.. pero as of now karon lang jud ko na vacant... naa pd interested nga korean karon ... so sa kung kinsa lang jud maka una...
