You should try loading your gpu on Furmark =p it will go over 90+ or even 100C

all u need is a pencil, a multimeter, RBE v1.17, & lots of research matls regarding the modpoints of your vcard AND TONS OF COURAGE TO DO IT...measure all the necessary resistances/voltages to be sure of the points to modify...then u start pencilmodding the different contact points(sa PCB) to increase the gpu voltage to 1.3v(needed to get a stable core running 800MHz for the RV770)...then u modify the bios using RBE1.17...these processes are called voltmodding & biosmodding...REMEMBER: any missstep will burn ur videocard & invalidate all warranties...so u have to be sure about what u are doing...goodluck...
