gargle with bactidol....
Tips from one who used to sing regularly:
1. Gargle with rock salt and lukewarm water
2. Or Gargle with Bactidol (agree sa earlier posters)
3. Take Pei Pa Koa (mapalit sa Country Mall supermarket or Asian drug stores or kanang store across sa SM nga namaligyag Asian supplements, Happy Herbs ba na ila store name). Sila Martin Nievera/Lani M tig inom ana. Lami baya, pwede himoong tea. Honey with infused herbs na siya. Good for respiratory system.
4. I hate taking Strepsils, maka worsen sa gibati. But if bacterial infection siya, bagay ang Strepsils. But last option na ni.
5. Avoid salabat. Makapasamad sa tutunlan. Lea Salonga hates taking salabat/loy a gani kay maka irritate sa throat. Partly cause ginger has fibrous thingy nga makapakatol ug samot sa tutunlan. The halang taste can irritate/inflame the throat more.
6. Avoid hot/cold water. Kung epektib nimo ang salabat, don't take it hot. Lukewarm or medyo warm lang kay ma irritate imo throat ug samot ug extreme temperature (hot or cold).
7. Try wrapping your throat with a scarf para di siya ma "panuhot" & di mosamot imo gibati. Or wear a cap when you go out (kung cold weather or kaulanon).
8. Take lots of water + vitamin C.
9. Katog katog katog.
10. Ay palabig storya. And don't clear your throat roughly. Let air pass through your throat (similar sa sikma, but sa throat, but silent way.. masabot ba? hahaha) if you wanna clear it up but ayaw pakapini ug tingog. Ma worsen if pina Gollum style imo pag clear sa throat.
It's possible nga symptom na ang gibati sa throat (like FLu or fever or some other illness). If di mo work ang mga home remedy, adto nag Doki kay klarong may karamdaman ka na.
