i left my previous job because i couldn't stand it anymore, hehehe... ang pinaka diplomatic siguro nga answer is the time to move on has already come. 5 years is a long time. also for leverage, career shift, new environment and new stuff i wanted to let myself experience. murag na fall out of love, hehehe.
