    yes, i think i do have a good metab. but that also made it harder for me to lose more coz im already lean. we all know how it works, it's easy to lose weight when you're fat. you can even pull it off just by diet alone. but anyway, in this process, i could only assume that i lost a lot of muscles as well. im not sure though, i just felt like i did.

    pareha gyud tag gihuna-huna bai Onins. yes, im from quiot, panagsa ra ko mag gym diha coz grabe musaka akong body temp. i could really use an airconditioned gym to cool my body down especially when i need to maintain a high intensity training. coz if anha ko sa mga open-air gyms and i do supersets, maluya ko sa sobra kainit sa akong lawas. although karun, mas relaxed na gamay akong workout, just need to lift heavier.

    good job pag bulk nga kaayo kay fat na gain.. nakoy nakit ans gym nga grabe ka kusgan (on roidz) unya perti pud lagi ang fat iya na gain... mu apil man daw siyag contest early next year.. bisyoso pa kaayo kay mo inom og sigarilyo pa gyud. ambot unsaon to niya pag lose iya lard.. LOL

    it really helps if you bulk but still eat clean kay bisan mu gain kag weight, most of it are of lean muscle.

    estimate nako, mga 1.5K pesos per week, kaon ug supplements nana siya like:

    - whey
    - fatburner
    - milk
    - chicken breasts
    - veggies
    - oatmeal
    - brown rice
    - salsa
    - salad dressing
    - pita bread
    - etc...

    thanks bro.

    the hardest part is the final week, during the carb depletion stage wherein you will be consuming ZERO carbs the entire day. all you can eat is steamed chicken and flax. it was just a couple of days but it was sure like hell. i felt depressed bisag wa koy problema. perhaps it's the effect of the carbs deprivation, im not sure though. and my workout that time, it was the crappiest. good thing that was my last workout for that entire program. whew!

    anyway, that sodium/carb loading and depletion thingy wasn't really that effective. even if i was able to lose 5lbs of subcutaneous water, if your body fat is higher than 10%, there's not much of a difference. bodybuilders do it to look dry and shredded.

    @ravelcop, nice job bai, i agree with goryo, give your pecs, shoulders, arms, also your quads & hams a lil size. the hard thing about doing it is mainting your 155lbs but with size. you already achieve a healthy good physique, no question, but the challenge is, can you pump it up more? hehehe, just a challenge.

    like goryo, im also into my bulking stage, nindot na kayo pa cutting, im already 202 lbs, sometimes, 205 lbs. 5'9". pero i need more size to compete hopefully soon.
