this was also my problem with my st50f. first i didnt suspect the psu because its a few months old and its silverstone. but i found that the psu is really the culprit when i tried it with another pc. during that time, fineupgrades have no stock with that model. good thing they gave me a service unit and its not a silverstone which is lower than my st50f but a silverstone 750w!!! great service by fineupgrades
if low voltage lang ang problema, kaya ra na sa ST50F kay Active PFC man siya, it can adjust automatically whatever input voltage it detects, unless below na sa specific range, (110 - 220V) possible nga mo off. Anyway, we inform silverstone already regarding this kind of problem. Next week a representative from silverstone will come to check this matter.![]()
^ wow! this makes me proud to be an owner of a silverstone product. i will endorse this product to my friends and a BIG plus to your customer service.

Nindot kaayo ug support ang silverstone da! belib jud ko kaayo. Pero maski ma generic or branded basta ma guba GUBA jud then the system is very much affected.
Sometimes branded PSU do failed thats why for me as long as its reliable no need to buy an expensive branded PSU like silverstone, where silverstone maybe has its advantage because of its support.
Thats my opinion, cheers!
To the thread starter if your PSU has warranty go what FINEUPGRADE suggested you.
opinions are respected, but, the probability of a generic PSU failing is higher than a branded PSU. for a fact, the high quality components in PSU's such as the ones offered by silverstone reduce failure rate and increase reliability in large extents. in maintaining critical systems and databases, reliable and high quality PSU's are surely needed.
cheers.
