Neti Pot for Sinusitis

i can really relate to this, almost everyday ko sip-unon and i hate it. I have seen this at Oprah using neti pot to cleanse the nose. A simple little teapot will do... that's what I've seen at Oprah but I haven't tried it though.

Wala. lain ako gigamit. instead of neti pot, i used kanang plastic bottle/containter gani nga pwede nimo butangan og catsup/gravy..etc. naa ra na sa dept. store.

dili na kuyaw ma irritate imong nose? diba ang katong neti pot kay silicon man iyang nose so gentle siya.

^^ so far, wala man nuon na irritate akong ilong. it works just fine.

Ang elements/materials nga gigamit sa manufacturer.
Anyway Filipinos can always find Alternatives for those things that can't be afford..

gamit kaayo. i experienced runny nose a week ago..
gamit dayon sa akong neti...hahaha..
so far.. karon wala na...
amazing..gamit kaayo..seguro muhawa gyud ang mga virus.
