Submission guidelines
We reserve the right to deem entries ineligible that do not meet the submission and deadline requirements as follows:
• Interested photographers can submit up to 5 entries, in either monochrome or color.
• Each image should be in JPEG format, at least 300dpi resolution, and saved on a CD.
• Printout is a requirement. The size of each image should be at least 8 inches x 10 inches @ 300 dpi, no more no less.
• It should be accompanied by a short caption containing title, photographer’s name, and technical settings. Do not place this on the printout but on the brown envelope. No writings, watermarks, signatures, or anything on the printed artwork. A brief description is optional.
• Image enhancement using any editing software is allowed.
• Graphic design entries: a layered psd file is optional
• Entries must be submitted on or before November 23, 2008 no later than 9:00 p.m.
For Finals Night:
• All entries must be taken only during the photo shoot scheduled in iCenter as a venue.
• Entries must be submitted on November 29, 2008 no later than 12:00 a.m.
• Entries, submitted or otherwise, may only be used for the purpose stated herein. We shall not be liable for any third party liability.

regarding the rights(copyright) to our photos or artwork.... do we lose our rights to our photos/artwork(winning or non-winning)? or we could still use it anywhere we want?

Copyright
• The photos submitted becomes the property of Dreamtech Enterprises, an Apple Authorized Reseller, and that Dreamtech may use and display them for any defined, reasonable and lawful purposes thereafter, whether a photo is a winning photo or not.
• Participants have no right to compensation or royalties of any kind - beyond the right to participate in the contest.
• Photos tendered are subject to Dreamtech exclusive right to use, without obligation to notify and/or explain reasons, including possible reproduction.
• Except where prohibited, participation in the contest constitutes winner's consent to Administrator and Sponsors' use of winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and biographical information for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
• In addition, all entrants to the contest grant (by their entry) an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to Dreamtech and their licensees, to use, reproduce, edit, display, transmit, prepare derivative works of, modify, publish, and otherwise make use of the Entry in any and all media, whether now known or hereinafter created--throughout the world and for any purpose--without compensation to you of any kind.
