So I guess this means nga there is really something wrong with PLDT's network. I've called them mga 3 times already regarding this. Mga almost a week na ni nga problem... to think we're paying for the service and we only get this crap.Originally Posted by alecohr
They told me nga they will do "Port testing" daw to verify the cause sa slowness. They will relay the information to their mla office. I asked them if naa bay known issues / hardware problems etc.. they said . all their equipment is working daw as it should and no notices from mla on problems with DSL... i suspect 2 things..
1. Daghan na kaayo silag subscribers (my brother who lives in Mla gets very erratic download speeds... mu kusog usahay.. then mu slow down ra sad... as slow as what I had experienced)
2. Naay something wrong sa ilang network... it might be a local port we're connected to or something else in manila nga wala pa nila gi report to cebu.
I'll update this thread kung naay developments with this problem. If you guys know somethiing also, please share it to help the others.

hmm i think ang mga older subscribers ra ang nag problema sa ilang connection kay ako diri wala gyud tawn. my uptime has been since last friday wala pako mo disconnect
tinuod ka bro? pila paka ka bulan? ako man lagi 6 mth paman ko cge man ka disconnect ako... lagot na kaau...
hahahah bali lagi. kay katong una, ok kaayo ang amo connection. pero karon raman hinoon ni sigi discon discon or hinay kaayo pag balhin namo.
