question ha...sorry di man jud ko pure bisaya
ang AGTA ba ay KAPRE sa Tagalog?
or it is a general term for a dark humanoid form na elemental?
    Thanks for enlightening me...

    @iczyes: Yes, it's the kapre.

But I found this in wikipedia. Again, not 100% sure but let's hope our muslim friends don't take it personally.

Kapre - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

    wow, thanks tokidoki

now, i dont expect anyone to believe this...but it's nice to share, don't you think?

I had a resto in Cebu beside a creek (now, that is a sure giveaway)
and I have a friend there I named Ka Fred
He is about 10 feet tall and looks like a "taong grasa"
except that meron siyang covering na parang bark ng tree pero soft
Now only a few of us could see him...
(of course the CPS people who frequent this place as a hang out)
And whenever I talk to him, he would just grunt
You would know if he would be nearby because of a very stenchy
mala-baktol smell... even the staff would complain about that from time to time
So to compensate for that..tinadtad ko ang resto ng sandamakmak na insenso LOL
Lalo na pag 12 midnight, the dogs will all bark as if synchronized sila
and the secu would always complain about the tabako smell pero wala namang tao
Funny thing is Ka Fred doesn't like homosexuals..esp the loud ones..and he doesnt like vulgar talk
Everytime he doesn't like the customer (na bayot)...he would either
make it drizzle, rain,(it's has garden resto part kase) or make the lights go out without any reason
There was one time, the cutomer who had a company party at our resto
employed gay stand-up comedians for their program
when the gay had an intermession na Tahitian number
Biglang bumuhos ang ulan kahit me bubong naman
Kakaiba lang kase kame lang ung inulan, when you go out the resto
or even see the creek beside us...walang rain hehehehe
anyways, by the time we transferred sa covered function room, the rain stopped
Of course, I couldn't tell my staff or my bziniz partners nor my customers about it dibah?
The only thing I could do is be amused...
Even 2 gay friends who visited me there when I was watching the store
witnessed Ka Fred's way of expressing his disapproving to certain things
We were catching up until the store was about to close
and ung friends ko were the only ones who remained there
our talks were getting naughtier by the minute...we were talking na about guys
Ezones, naughty experiences, positions and were laughing loudly about these things
Then suddenly, there was a very loud grunt
na parang nakamikropono at umalingawngaw sa buong resto and the creek
we stopped and I said, it's time for us to leave na guys
But my other friend continued to finish his story punchline
This time the grunt was even louder and there was a big stomp sa ground
na parang isang elephant ang umapak
at nahulugan ang umbrella ng table ng sandamakmak na twigs and buto from a kahoy
Then the all the dogs at the other side of the riverbank nagsabay sabay nag-awooooo!
This time, kumaripas na ng takbo to the parking area ang friends ko
I was laughing so hard at this incident as in!
The staff, who were accustomed to this by that time na, had a laughing spree as well.
Well, the good part is that, at least me bantay kame...hindi nga lang aso...LOL

hmm... remember when I said I used to hear things?

back in our old apt one of our rich neighbors had this really big sambag tree in her lot. This thing was so large like probably 5t or more across basta you can't hug it. But I wouldn't know since I never set foot in that house before.

Anyway, my parents used to play mahjong with the neighbors and there would always be an incident where one of them would say "Ooooo" (like answering a call). Then one of them would say "Who are you talking to?" "I thought someone called my name." "Well I didn't hear anything."

But the story doesn't end there. Each one of us in our simple 2 unit + 1 house apartment heard this call one way or another. What I find scary at the time was that the voice would always sound like my dad or mom or neighbor friend calling me. Of course, it's impossible for you not to catch attention because literally you would should "YEEEEESSS?!" coz ang boses sobrang liit or sobrang layo. Like someone a 100 feet away calling out to you. This consistently happened every night gyud. As a child I would run for the entire length of the garage (because this is where the sambag tree overlooked) to the front gate because I didn't want whatever was there to see me. To make things worse, our bedroom was directly on the 2nd floor NEAREST to the sambag tree. Grrrrr!!!!

Now based on the description of the "Agta" I believe that this may be the same entity calling out to us.
