i think your diet lacked protein, and maybe wala ka nag take ug VitE...
sir, what i've done lately... i've lost 40lbs of fatty weight for only 3 months (jan. to mar.), compared to your 80lbs in 2 years... no saggy skin or whatever, put on a bit of muscle too.... my diet is 40% protein, everyday... even on carb loading days... i'm still going to lose more to get ripped, at least 5lbs i think... build more lang in the meantime... do it for at least 1-2 years...
