but kidding aside, i had a friend once. mag brush siya using lemon and baking soda. ni white pud gyud. but luod daw and she makes sure not to swallow. dugay lang siya mahuman ug rinse.

kun interested mo baking soda, e mix na sya og hydrogen peroxide until ang iya texture mura sya og toothpaste. inig brush ninyo be careful dili nimo e apil imo gums kay basin unya mo bleed especially if daotan og gums. effective, but be very careful.

usa ra para moputi imo ngipon.. toothbrush 3 times a day, plus once in 4 months mo pa cleaning sa dentist..
