I'm an Ebayer mostly just a buyer. Sometimes i scan through postings sa Ebay Philippines pero wala ko transaction sa Ebay Philippines kay mahadlok ko basin dili kaabot akong winning bid. For some reason, a friend of mine here warned me about Ebay in Philippines kay daghan kuno scammers. That's not a good reputation for Filipinos, sad to say. Pero dili man sab siguro tanan. Only we dont know which one is legit or not. So its good to always check a Sellers reputation and follow the same pointers this poster did. Thoroughly check out a Seller's history and all especially when you are dealing with a lot of money on an item you so much want to have. Make sure you have it gyud. If the Seller is just in Cebu for instance, just better to meet the person than do money transactions online or on the phone or mail, etc. So most of my winning bid transactions is just here in the U.S. or some in the U.K. so far, i have a positive experience. Ako gani sahay maka abot na akong winning bid sa dispute resolution kay makalimot ko ug send sa akong payment especially kanang mga spur of the moment buying once i'm not on Ebay makaliimtan sab nako akong winning bid. But overall experience for me, Ebay is lots of fun i could spend hours there daghan na gyud ko napalit sab sa Ebay and when i look at the price i also carefully check the shipping charge kay some of these sellers sa shipping sab ka tagaon when the price is right or low, i always check out for anything hidden and usually its in the shipping charge. Anyway its good to be alerted and be reminded of our rights as consumers.
