Try single ram technique - isolating your problem ^^
Try re-format using one ram - if it turns blue or hangs up in the process (try the other one)

If it still won't work - we will try other parts isolating technique

By the way, did this computer run smoothly then problems came up? or you did some upgrades?

ok raman ni siya den murag na sudlan ug virus akong pc thats why i decided to reformat.. den na ingon ani na daun.. as of now ok pa siya after sa pag reformat wla pa ni pawong.. ill observe it then ill post updates daun.. thanks bro..

it will allows you to identify what's really causing the problem bro.. once the pc restarts it will automatically hangup with bluescreen and error codes something like 0x000000** .. u can check the error codes sa microsoft website.. mabasa nimo ang causes & solution did2..

ni restart napud siya then ang memory kay 396MB nalang.. ako gi observe wla na siya ni restart pero mao lagi kani ra ang memory niya miski 2x256 unta siya.. asa kaha ang guba ani sa mboard nako or sa ram lang??

Ur using builtin videocard? if yes how much man imo gi setup sa bios for shared memory? ex. 128 then ang kuhaon sa bios from memory nimo kay 128 as deducted.

If naa kay videocard then wala nimo gamita ang builtin kay I think sa bios nimo na setup nimo sa manual ang memory...try to check daw much better imo i reset ang CMOS doing the jumper reset.

bro licence ang imo gigamit na os before ka nagrestart? it happend to me once naman gud i tried formatting my license os kay gkapoy naman ko cge kabasa security warning.. then ako giilisan ug cracked na os mahuman man xa but then di mudgan magrestart lng.. so i tried formatting again using the licenced copy and it worked na.. problem gud ana bro if licensed na imo os naa pka buhaton sa vios before ko makainstall ug new os

ni restart napud siya den ang memory kay 396 ra gyud.. gi try nako ug isolate by putting one ram at a time sa duha ka slot.. sak2 man ang mo gawas tag 256MB man bisag asa nga slot and bisag unsa sa duha ka RAM basta tagsa2x.on lang ug taud. pero kung e dungan nako 396 ra gyud siya.. ok raman ni siya before karon na boang ug kalit..

ask lang ko ok ra ba kung ang isa ka ram nimo kay single sided and isa kay double?? pero pareho sila pc266. i guess ok ra kay ni work mani siya for almost a year na gamit.. thanks sa mga reply.. need more inputs..
