Second ra diay ang ABS sa GMA? Based sa unsa nga survey? I've always thought nga mas gwapo ang quality sa ila news, in terms sa quality sa picture or news footage, ug ang mga reporters they seem better than the ones in GMA. Overall, I think mas lamang ang ABS. Not to say, though, nga I admire the network or the way they deliver their news. We know man nga they tend to sensationalize their news, as does GMA, for that matter.

As for Korina Sanchez, she's a celebrity. I don't look at her with much respect.

It's annoying how ABS is now calling itself "TV Patrol World". And their reporters, they now brand themselves as "Patrol Ng Pilipino". How presumptuous. There's something about it that sounds disturbing.

@josephdc: i agree bai that ABS-CBN has quality pictures and news footage, pero mas nindot baya jud ang news sa GMA 7, (bisan tuod ila reporter dili kaau maau). but there new researching is good.

Yes I agree. GMA has better personalities and far far better in terms of NEWS compare to ABS. Kinsa raman ang pambato sa abs nga kusug? c korina? karen da villa? julius and erwin have not even reach the the likes of mel tiangco and mike enriquez, arnold clavio, soho etc........ In terms of investigative reporting mas nindot ang GMA ..... The plus that ABS has is that they are very very good and I mean good in terms of marketing strategy and promotions catching the taste of the audience mau ng sikat sila..

Pero I heard na abusado daw na ug mga artista ang ABS? how true? kung sikat ang artista pug-an nila pag ayo then ug laos na.... padaplin nalng sad ka.

me kapamilya rin 100%. i admire korina most of all because of her passion towards her job and she knows when to be fearless and how to strongly stand to what she believes in. She is a hard-hitting journalist no doubt about that but in contrary she also is a very loving and caring daughter to her mom. I just can't figure out - and it is soemhow a mystery to me - how she is as a girlfriend, hehe...

OPINION:
well in my case i look in the TV journaliszsm side and TV reporting aspect:

she (korina @ ABS-CBN) has, good pronounciation, experience, FACE APPEAL (pang TV talaga) and the ace - brains. unlike the other station (G**-*) so to speak like a ROBOT... does tv reporting like to be talking like a robot and the face appeal is very important (its a TV not a RADIO - lolx) my 2cents
