i was thinking of selling them both above 35k because thats the discount i gave out on the trade. but with obor's opinion its even less than 22k ... any more inputs? its so depressing

I'd say 19-21k for the Acer and 12-14k for the Compaq

sell it at around 16-17K, a dual core BRAND NEW lappy costs around 25K here in Cebu (MSI VR series).
anyhow, 11-12K for the Dothan lappy would be a great deal.

i'm not so sure bout the 15-17K, just an estimate, if i were to buy it. consider this: the laptop you're going to sell, is a celeron, a dual core lappy costs 25K, that's brand new, and way more powerful than a celeron. i suggest, you do a little math :

put your lappy at a 19-20K range (cause it would be in a third owner's hand), subtract some for the disadvantages over the dual core lappy. a rough estimate, on my end would yield ~15K. but that's just me, and i'm a little too kind, i mean, REALLY.

hope you find someone who would buy it.
