Take your meal on time 3 times daily, just try to avoid snacks. My breakfast would be milk tea and bread, lunch something heavy, then go lite on dinner. Drink lots of water. Get some exercise, whatever you prefer!

carbo won't make you fat easily but the calorie does
-excercise
-fruits
calamansi juice at least 3 glasses a day
-brisk walking or 30 or more (not less) mins stretching...
-eat right food
less oily food, soda,eat a lot of banana also kay daghan ang fiber
-late breakfast and early dinner would do... kung gutumon drink milk or eat biskwit
kung mu drink daghan water mas maayo pa calamansi juice nga less sugar..
sundays---> is your rest day.. treat yourself...its psychological pleasure....
have *** 3 times a day...... mao nang akong diet...

eat whatever you want but in moderation and eat slowly - if pwede eat as long as 20mins .. dont eat too quickly kay your mind will make you think na gutom ka pa even if ur tummy is full na... Its all in the mind! hehe
