bro naa man gun club in mandaue naa sa colisium it use to be goldcup owned by lollipop's husband and i think the new name is NS..civillian... for gun you need to have a license and for carrying the gun you need to have a (PTC) permit to carry

for the police service units they dont need a license for that they only have mession release and to carry is mission order

befero when it wasnt very strict i have a license but have myself become a member of MIG (military intellegence group) so that i could aquired a mission order ky PTC is too expensive it will cost around 12K a year

and if dli ka regular magfiring would suggest you just get a permit to transport ky barato ra but everytime ka magfiring ka magkuha

@ silver: bro correction lang.dili na mission release but memorandum receipt

government issued firearms are coupled with a mission order/letter order/PTC depending upon the issuing unit/office or agency

still i would suggest that you get a PTC if you really want to carry your firearm outside your residence.

i don't advocate civilians getting mo/lo/ptc from government units/agencies as civilian agents. learn the lessons of robin padilla.

with regards to the case of robin padilla is defferent story also (abuse) its not logical to bring more than 1 gun and more than 50 rounds of amunations for a civilian agents........

so i just want to make it clear guys...
so i have to get a license to possess before i'll buy a gun
then i have to get a permit to transport to carry it to the shooting range.
    sakto ko guys?

asa ta mokoha og license to possess? and how much?
asa ta mokoha og permit to transport? and how much also?
is PTC different from permit to transport?
dli ba ang gun club nay bahala ani tanan kung mo-join ko nila?

for every gun have a license so dungan, if you have 5 guns means you have 5 license.... gun store would help about that, PTC is your permit to carry anywhere even going out of town for a year, permit to transport normally mga 3 months man cguro and to a certain location,,,, and if you buy a gun in a gun store and when its ready for realease they will execute a permit to transport but from the store to your place,,, you can ask permit to transport sa office where license is isued kana camp dapit sa cebu normal school
