No problem if they move holidays. Question is if it's really "holiday economics", can't they plan the whole year's calendar instead of announcing it few days before they come? Most other countries, announce naman start of the year. Typical pinoy style kaayo nga bisan kanus-a lang ganahan sa presidente. Ang airlines ra ba, mas barato unta ug 14 day before mopalit. Multahan pa gyud ta sa Cebu Pacific kung nikalit lang ug usab ang schedule kay niusab ang holiday. Maka plan gyud ta ahead unta. Ang mga malls and other businesses, maayo sad maka prepare sila ug kanus-a mag sale kay "holiday" lagi... Arang-arang na lang this year nga sayo-sayo ni announce ang National Heroes' Day, pero angay na ni ilisdan ang definition ani oi. Kay last Sunday of August man unta ni. For so many years, wa naman ni gipansin nga holiday kay Sunday lagi. Don't know if they have really changed it to Monday na kay most calendars wala pa man ni mo red? Ang HR people, usahay magkasayop gyud ug compute sa payroll, kay sometimes ang # of working days mokalit lang usab within the 15-day payroll period.
aw okay raman ni kay pahuway sa akong utok...kapoy ayo huna2 if unsa sulaton woe....ang naka faet lang kay basin dili na matagaan ug importansya ang REAL HOLIDAY, which is August 21 and 31...
Yep I agree, instead of deciding it within the month why not plan it and plot it inside the whole calendar year. It shows how indecisive our officials are..I know it is for practicality's sake but they must also take note of the significance of the date...but we all know that thats always the way it is..It's the Excellency who has the last say....
thats 1 of the special powers the President of the Republic of the Philippines has...
sad but true..hehe
tsur na jud ni? pahuway to da max!
Grabe ang utok ni GMA wlay klaro.Halos tanan na lang pakialaman.
