Ingon akong bf ang 100k daw ang sweldo sa iyang brother nga programmer. Naa ra man siya dinhi Cebu sa house ra siya nagwork then murag naa lang siya international clients or employer ba kaha to pero dili siya hacker ha. Wala lang sad ko ni ask sa iyang bro kung true bah nah kay di mi close. Then nangita man sad to siya house iya kasagaran prospective homes worth 3M and plan sad kuno niya mopalit car. yeah, doing freelance programs earns a lot more than an employed programmer here in cebu.. if you're planning to apply for a programmer in any outsourcing company, and you have atleast 4-5years experience maypa mag freelance programmer nlng mo. kamo pa ang mag boot sa inyo time, and i think 40-50k na salary is already a freelance programmer rate, not a company based rate.

naa man mo price ug 40k+ na company if ang programmer ky mo demand.hehe.. ana man na ang style "it is not the programmers loss if the company will not accept you because you demand a rate so high, it is the company's loss that they didn't hire you because you demand so high, it is you, the programmer, has the ability, not the company.." hehehehe... think of that you are the companies asset. THAT IS IF YOU ARE THAT GOOD PROGRAMMER!.. hehehe
