    antacids, ranitidine, or omeprazole. but it's still best to consult a gastroenterologist. what if naa more serious problem, like gastic cancer? heartburn is just a symptom

    i have GERD and i experience heartburn when im stressed

    according to my doctor, d xa ma cure like ma wa na jud completely kay naa naman na sa akoa lawas. but i was taught on measures to relieve the pain and avoid the heartburn to occur.

    there are a lot of lifestyle changes i need to do as in! paet kaau. just following the doctor's recommendations make me feel even more sick than i am already. but hey, i have to live with it

    sleeping patterns: left side lateral position- this relaxes your stomach thus d muproduce ug tension sa tiyan
    after eating: do not lie down!!!!!!! mureflux jud na xur na! heartburn jud dayon! toinks
    clothing: no tight clothing, jeans and all the get up
    fruit: apple is the best fruit for us... read about this in relation to GERD and heartburn..
    food: no SPICY food, no TOMATO BASED food, no HARD TO GRIND FOOD hahay... and many more to mention
    beverage: NO BEER OR ALCOHOL!!!!! sad kaau.. no softdrinks. WATER ra jud! mas barato pa and gud for the body. Definitely NO ICED TEA!!!- kani grabe makaheartburn nako heheh gahi manko ulo gud..NO MILK or MILK PRODUCTS--- kay kaning naa GERD lactose intolerant blah blah blah makaproduce ni xa ug daghan acid. but SUSTAGEN PREMIUM is highly recommended. When i was diagnosed and the heartburn was daily, kani sustagen katabang nako kuyog ni sa cereal... yum yum.. unsa pa man ui

    ah EATING PATTERNS: never skip meals kay kung muskip hapdos jud dayon and tiyan goodluck sa heartburn hehe also dapat SMALL FREQUENT MEALS. never leave the house without crackers or biscuits in your bag and water. kay gutumon ra ka ug kalit.
