temptations are everywhere... and it takes a lot of self-control and deep commitment on both parties-man and woman-to make the relationship work...
And i think playing around's not worth it, if it will destroy a good relationship...

tips:
1. don't play around with other people's hearts (be sure to be sure when going into a relationship, if not, then better be a player through and through)...
2. when in a relationship, do try to make it work... (i assume pumasok ka sa relaitonship because you feel that you can grow with the person)...
3. if you think you'd play around... get out of the relationship... chances are, you'd just be hurting each other...

The statement if i have to internalize.. is indeed conclusive.. rather than dwelling in the thought of it.. why not ask some questions like:

:arrow: What are the historical and social causes associated to it?
:arrow: Why have many nations of the world, especially the Eastern nations, accepted this custom/idea, and why have other nations, such as the Western nations, never practised it?
:arrow: How is it that out of the three forms of polygamy only plurality of wives could gain considerable popularity?
as you might not have known, "Polyandry" and "sexual communism" also comprise Polygamy- though either have never been practised or have been practised rarely...

perhaps we could come up with a rational justification as to why we say "man by nature is polygamous", that is not rooted from our individual sentiments..

hmm... i believe that both biologically and psychologically man and woman are dissimilar to each other and nature has purposely made them so... therefore, the equality of their rights should not be used as a pretext for the uniformity of their rights... even from the viewpoint of those who support monogamy, the spirit of woman is different from that of man... i.. guess

for "some guys" who just can't just get enough of one... perhaps a strong moral restrictions and an appropriate amount of poverty and hard work, along with the external vigilance of the wife/gf, can impose monogamy on him. :mrgreen:

yeah a guy could have another girl the same as we women can have another man too... our own personal values dictate our decision making process... let's not judge these poor guys who just can't tell what they really want... it's inevitable that we look for the perfect match of our souls and stops only when we have found the right one.
