again lapses sa coast guard!.. dapat ang coast guard nag command sila sa captain sa boat na mag dock sa nearest port kay ang bagyo masugat nila!!.. saon!

di man gud magka sinabot ang Coast Guard ug PAG-ASA...
mo-ingon ang PAG-ASA "ok ra hinay ra ang hangin".. nya inig hatag ug go signal sa Coast Guard adto sa barko, signal no.3 na diay toh ang bagyo...lolz
dghan na nangamatay tungod anang way klaro nga report sa PAG-ASA oie..
