all i can say is that alcohol has more calories per gram compared to protein and carbs..
Fat: 1 gram = 9 calories
Protein: 1 gram = 4 calories
Carbohydrates: 1 gram = 4 calories
Alcohol: 1 gram = 7 calories
i rather eat enough protein and carbs than drinking alcoholic bev... maka feed pako sa ako muscles hehehe for sure and maka hatag ug energy... i never liked alcohol... hmm... whats with it anyway? it tastes bitter? maka lipong? maka bloat sa tummy? hang-over? i dont see any advantage...
hang-outs? why not eat peanuts? drink juice instead? coffee? or even the universal cleansing water?
