    all i can say is that alcohol has more calories per gram compared to protein and carbs..

    Fat: 1 gram = 9 calories
    Protein: 1 gram = 4 calories
    Carbohydrates: 1 gram = 4 calories
    Alcohol: 1 gram = 7 calories

    i rather eat enough protein and carbs than drinking alcoholic bev... maka feed pako sa ako muscles hehehe for sure and maka hatag ug energy... i never liked alcohol... hmm... whats with it anyway? it tastes bitter? maka lipong? maka bloat sa tummy? hang-over? i dont see any advantage...

    hang-outs? why not eat peanuts? drink juice instead? coffee? or even the universal cleansing water?

    and oh yeah... others say, you can drink once in a while and ok ra na... if its ok nga usahay ra, why not dili nalang? hehehe... im really curious about this gyud...

    Alcohol if taken in moderation actually increases the good cholesterol(HDL) in your body, so drink moderately, coz too much will destroy ur liver!!!

    ok ra man siguro if your going to drink but not that frequently... you can do it once in a week to celebrate... as for sure beer is a HUGE NO NO in this issue, if your going to think about what you lose for that week your going to gain in back in an hour... wow... magic...

    as you can see consequence are just there...

    invest it nalang...

    Ok ra inum ug beer basta dili palabi sa pulutan. makabalik sa taba ang pulutan.heheh
    pero for sure ang uban nag-workout para pampagana ug panglahutay sa imum..hahaha
