stay clear from any form of bad debt.. credit cards ug credit corporations.. dali ra kaayo na sila mo hatag nimo ug bad debt (utang na walay gamit.. ex. Gi palit ug cellphone, car, appliances, etc.)

    naay strategies to avoid debts...
    1. Emergency Fund (Monthly Income * 6) - Gamit ni haron in case of emergencies or job loss, dili ka kinahanglan mangutang.
    2. Sinking Fund - If dili ka kapalit at cash... ayaw palita.. tigumi. Don't ask how much down but ask HOW MUCH. If cash ka mo palit.. maka discount paka.

In a perfect world, di ta kinahanglan mangutang.

Unfortunately, naay emergencies or gastohanan right now that can't wait.

Kung maguba imong computer nga maoy source of income nimo, ug unfortunately, mao pay pagbayad nimo sa imong mga bills, you can't leave your computer lying in front of you, while ikaw mapasmo, way income.

Good for those nga naay kwarta.

Put yourself in the shoes of those who are earning so little. You'll understand why kinahanglan mangutang.

Ang luxuries hinuon, no need utangon. Pero necessities, susmarya, di na pwede paugmaan.

    ^^^ Sakto jud ka.
Some of my officemates are so into credit cards.
That payday they would make payment for their cards.
It's basically spending the money you don't have.
And most spend it on luxury items.

Before, I want to have one.
But I realize I don't really need it.
I already have debit cards anyway (Some of my ATM cards are debit cards also).

If it's for luxury, no way.
