    a friend of mine who owns a grocery store chain here sa cebu said their rates are around 5 peso/kw.

    the rate varies depending on the nature of business and volume of power consumed... murag quantity discount kung sa retail pa.

    murag 6 to 7 pesos ang most commercial establishment rates excluding big chain stores like malls. naa say preferential rates ang mga industrial sectors that operate high load machines.
