the vigilantes do not kill during the commission of the crime but only AFTER and they kill suspects. Had they kill robbers/thieves CAUGHT in the act, they would be praised to heavens.

In Colon, people look out for each other so if you happened to be a victim people would help you in getting back at the thief. However, its not a common event as most people would not care at all.

Sa basak Mandaue. I'm trying to put a list of places that are frequented by this animals. So far here's their favorite places that I know of.

the cops are, i think doing their jobs. .pero kuwang nlang jud cla. .with more and more people from the rural areas of cebu and from other neighboring provinces like mindanao (etc.) flooding our city, police force is weakened. .also with that, not only are they students, employees and the like, some of them are criminals undermining our peace and order here. .

i agree. kuwang gyud atoang mga pulis tungod sa budget...pila kha ang ratio rn sa pulis ug sa mga katawhan dinhi sa Cebu. 1:20,000 ?

anyways, ma offset ra man nang ratio unta if the police would just increase their visibility especially at night.
