i think defective na imo memory try to swap another memory to ur PC.. kanang ok na memory..

1. Clean your memory - make sure the polarity of each teeth are well cleaned and has no rotten teeth. lolz

2. If you are using an AGP card or PCI video card. then try to clean it too.
-Check the cards if it has a broken edges.

3. Make sure your power supply unit has the capacity to load on things on your motherboard. might be the reason why only the fan is active. -try to borrow your friends PSU then make it sure it has the same cable you are using in your MOBO.

4. Lastly if it is still beeping then might be your VIA is damaged. IF your MOBO has a VIA. some MOBO I've encountered like this there MOBO via is dead.

But I'm pretty sure might be one of these probs. AGP/PCI card, PSU unit and or Memory.

mao pud akong problema, ug nangayo pa ko tabang sa mga experts bro.

sa akong case lng kay dili jud tuyok ang fan sa PSU. ug ayus paman ang monitor.

e try daw ug e short ang green ug black sa emong PSU sa 20pins or 20pins +4 = 24pins nya kuha tester nya try daw kong naa bah watts or voltage kong wala means your PSU is " DEAD "

Possible memory error na bro. Try erase sa connector of your memory if dili lang ghapon try ilis lain memory.
