yes it matters and i think another one is education...
to be a public servant needs experience and wisdom .. u cant have it if bata paka.... agree ko that its of course the legal age...

In the Philippines, whether bata pa or tiguwang ang mag handle sa government, corrupt gihapon ang resulta. Why? Most of the Filipinos are corrupt hehehe.

There's a lot of politicians who have a good education and came from a prestigious schools..
but I guess.. the more intelligent you are, the more money you can corrupt!
I wonder why this country sucks!
Politicians doesn't have the word contentment in their vocabulary!
They all have the same in Mind "Money"
