k3nt: it takes time to contract your stomach back... you may try using slim belt as slakker suggested, i'm not really sure if this really works but, there's no harm on trying... quit taking alcoholic drinks... and also carbonated soda's... stick with water / juice... try to do this for 1 whole year... ayaw pag serious ug diet, just minimize lang ur food intake if possible...
