unsa imo gibuhat before nag restart? have you tried using another PSU?

actually internet cafe akoa gi maintain... mga 8 months na ang operation so far wla man problem? karon lang na month. 14 computers LCD ang monitor.. mo affect ba na power surge sa kuryente? mo open ang cafe 9am... mo restart mga 5pm nah.. labi na puno tanan ..naa mo gamit.. even mag chat lang online..mo restart nah..

Are you saying tanan 14 PC's exhibit the same behavior (i.e. restarting by itself) starting around 5pm? And, are all your units of the same specs?

make sure you have your cafe equipped with power surge protection, over-voltage protection, etc. that's S.O.P.

yep... same specs.. dont have power surge protection.. direct into AVR only..

hm. although, di pa jud ko sure sa culprit, surge protection is a must for computers. and what other symptoms are your PC's having?

Try this:

Do you know of someone you can borrow a UPS from? Test one unit plugged into a UPS, to ensure continuous power. Then, your control setup(s) are your other PC's just plugged into the AVR...if the restarts don't happen with the one plugged into the UPS, then you need to check your cafe's electrical power distribution.

same specs ang PC.. AVR akoa gamit individual sa mga PC... mo affect ba ang power surge?

mo restart random ang PC station..mao ra akoa observation.. ask lang ko naa virus mo restart ug PC.. i mean murag gi reset..cut nya power kalit..possible
