    had my PT sessions at perpetual. Did not complete the number of sessions recommended, but every after session nindot kaayo ang paminaw.
    had my lowback pain since march-august. from sept. to present kay no pain na jud! But can't say completely na tungod ra sa PT though. exercise and change ko sa ako sleeping position.

    For those naay back pain, pacheck mo. kay ang treatment magdepende sa problem.

    Pila pa check up ani bossing? i have a lower back pain pud everytime i sit mo sakit siya..din usahay ako left knee maapil sa kasakit..

    unsa doctor para ani? kay ako sige ko pacheck-up (I think 3x na) wala pa japun nawala ako sakit sa lower back

    physiatrist mga bro. sa perpetual ko ato bt accdg to frens, mas better sa chonghua n lng dritso ky if ever mg pt, mas nndot ang facilities.
    Nawala na jud akng lowerback pain. bt kng mgdala ug bug-at, mubalik jd sya.
    gireprimand ko s ako PT ky mgexercise rako kng musakit. dapat daw pirmi/maintenance

    wala pa bro, ni palit ko og taichi ginger liniment oil, ako g haplasan 4 days nko nigamit and koi herbal capsuel, mawala rman,usahay mo balik napud..f stress au ko gkan work..ang nakapait lang kay f magjogging q mo sakit balik..

    wala mn ko khbaw sa name. ky wa napractice regularly, nalimtan na pud. argh..
    pasalamat lng ko run walay sakit na..

    Hi gwapo,

    I would like to know if your now healed of your lumbar pain. I got it in 1990 and suffering from pain until 2001. then i learned to practice the meditative breathing position for the lumbar healing and in about one month time i was healed. Now at 55yrs i am now free said pain...though sometimes recurrs when i left or played basketball but can easily gone in 2 to 3days when i used the same remedial position...

    TENS can greatly help too. Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation. I have chronic back pain too, more than 10 years na. I had MRI and it was found out, na ga degenerate na gyud akong nerves and poor gyud kog lawas. After 1 month therapy, my back pain went away pero nibalik ra sd k ning stop kog therapy ug exercise. After nakog TENS, ma feel gyud nako ma relieve akong back pain. It is best to see your doctor though k cya mag recommend sa appropriate exercises nimo according sa imo condition.
