Verzio Concept Shop (repair center, warranty claim) will be opening soon hopefully at Cyberzone SM-NW (not sure kung sa SM ba gyud, pero that's what I heard)

and MORE:

1. Singapore-based Verzio is a regional 3C (computing, communications and consumer electronic) brand. This particular brand belongs to a company whose controlling stocks are owned by a Filipino Holding company.

2. Verzio products that have been and will be launched soon include digital cameras, cellphones, digital video cameras and notebooks. The cellphones and both types of cameras are priced at a very competitive price - significantly below the present price range of said consumer products.

3. All Verzio products were made by the same manufacturers of the top consumer products. And a number of the manufacturers are listed on the NASDAQ. This means that aside from being publicly registered in the US the said companies have to keep strict quality control on their products.

4. All Verzion products will have After-sales support not only in Manila but around Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.

The implications can be summed up in the words and phrases:

Filipino-owned or controlled company;

Quality and reasonably priced products;

and after-sales product support through out the Philippines.

A viable alternative to the big consumer products. And worth to keep an eye on.

the other infos i got from the net while doing my research on the said phones coz I too am very interested.. the one about the concept shop, i heard from my friend who owns a celshop.

all looks good on paper but the thing here is haldane aint that great with after sales...they are very poor in provincial support...they have no presence here in cebu (not anymore...not for a very long time)...if they say they will have presence in cebu, i have big doubts bout that and it will be a wait and see...

now this is an honest opinion ha. i personally have dealt with haldane over the years. even have "close" friends in that company. but i will only change my opinion of them once they show it and do it for real...

i have verzio envii with wifi/3g/2mp cam/windows mobile 6 and fm...stiil very smooth silver color for only 13k touchscreen ni sya very loud speakers...negotiable for serious buyers!!! specs wise great buy dyud ni bisan tan-awn pa ninyo unit sa personal hehe...
