the petshop is suppose to refund the customer her money or exchange it for the same Dog food regardless of the situation. i don't understand why ang tag-iya sa petshop daghan pa kaayog bagutbot.

nipalit kog ice cream kausa, padung na unta ko mu kaon sa ice cream, kita kog buhok. gi-uli nako sa ice cream shop, ila dayun ko g-refunan w/o saying a word.

Btw, dli pud diay ma compara ang transparent botilya sa coke to a paper bag sa EUKANUBA, DLI CXA TRANSPARENT, THEREFORE DLI NKO MALILI ANG OK.OK BEFORE MA.OPEN ANG BAG IF ONLY TO STRESS OUT YOUR POINT, Salamat!
