Rooms for Rent - With PICS

Hi saber,

Was wondering when the renovation will be completed. I am hoping to rent a room on the second week of July. Thanks!

As much as I'd like to make an estimate on time of completion... I honestly don't know, engineering keeps moving schedules to accommodate other things (Like moving the bathroom and drainage)... will update lang.

We have one 3-4K room available (4k for 2 people, 3k if its only one person) - we can have this Airconditioned if anyone wants it.

The rest is not up yet... sigh.

All rooms are currently occupied (we're full for now). But we should have one 6k room available with the same specifications above after about 30 days, as for the rest, we still working on it.
