I've been busy with life recently. hehehehe, I'm able to manage the scripts to prevent injection issues and bot spamming.
Since the replies are anonymous, I now able to allow quotes and double quotes. hehehehe. The author will be notified for replies of his/her topic.

Previously , i was able to fix the quotes issues. It works now. hahaha
