same as anything, PLDT/Globe walay ma pili.. maski 10000000MBPS pana but if walay klaro maski ang wires padung sa post to ur houses and etc.. wa ghapon gamit...
given plan 2500 sa gawas pana 50Mbps na.... ping time ana around 100-200ms ra... diri tawn sa pinas ahak!!!

pero fyi, my friend's cable internet in singapore is 100Mbps DL speed 512kbps upspeed nya tag 2600 pesos or 2999 ba to equivalent in peso

There isn't enough bandwidth in the entire Philippines to the outside world with those speeds. You might have 100mbps, but 100mbps only within your ISP's network.
