Microsoft couldn't even buy Yahoo! at under 40 billion. How is it going to buy Google at close to 180 billion? A merger would be more realistic, but then again, their businesses aren't compatible. Google might be a search giant, but Microsoft's business is a whole lot more diversified and the US government would slap them silly with anti-trust violations if they even let them get that far.
The math doesn't add up. Math has no use for opinions.
