hehehe.what a question, I guess bhato ang gamit, hek hek. Pero this "civil war" issue is very very very very very very far from reality. Siguro in Manila and Mindanao lang, it is possible but in the entire Philippines, not really. Visayas regions are more peaceful!

sa*una taas kaayo ko ug pagtan-aw aning cory especially being the spouse of ninoy but inside sources said that she took it personally when GMA did something right about the Hacienda Luisita massacre.* Everybody is protecting their own interest and that is only but natural. If buhi pa to si ninoy, ingon ana kaha na si Kris Aquino karon? Get the analogy?

I don't think so. This is maybe a propaganda of this irresponsible journalist, William "Pataka-taka" Espono.

The "Civilian-Military Junta" or State of Civil War* could only be implemented/happen if the three branches of the government(Executive, Legislative, Judicial) could not function due civil disobedience, mob or successive communist ops(eco. saboutage, civil disob, insurgency). Where, the AFP(Military) and PNP(Civilian) will automatically take control of the government, as allowed by the constitution to restore economic, peace and order. Here, All the Provincial Director of the PNP will do the function of "Provincial Governor" and the Chief of Police(City/Municipal Level) will be the do the function of Mayor. In other word the PNP will do the Civil Work and the AFP will remain the same but the military ops will be on their own ways.

One advantage of this,"Civil-Military Junta" is that the Communist will not be recognized or will be terminated. We know that Communist is the Big and No.1 economic sabouteur of our country.

    1. They encourage and poisioning farmers' mind not to do productive farming unless if the farm owner will pay for revolutionary tax. - in this case, revolutionary tax is just a front, main purpose is to generate food crisis in the region/country. The CPP will ask to the farm owner of impossible amount for Rev. Tax. The Owner will have no choices but leave the farm and live peacefully in a city/province that are not infested by CPP (Like Cebu and Davao City). In this situation, the farmer will lose their jobs and livelihood, food supply decrease, deacrease in food supply means high price. (Econimic saboutage in Food and Agricultural level)

    2. Economic Saboutage via "Labor Union". - The main purpose of National Labor Union(such as KMU) is to saboutage the company where there are huge number of workers. In order to generate mass unemployment and poverty.

    3. Economic Saboutage using Government Position - The governement position is use to generate political crisis and low foreign investor trust and relation. Sad to say, in the last election 2004, all of the Communist based Partylist(Bayan Muna, KMP, Gabriella, Bayan, etc.) won the race. Their combined Countryside Development Fund(CDF) is enought to do massive destablization operations and buy more high powered firearms to equip their comrade at the mountain, CPP-NPA.

Why they are to doing this?

To easily gain control of the government and make Philippines under communist rule.

And maybe this "Pataka-taka Journalist " is a communist allied too. We dont know.

    * * * * * Dear Mr. Pataka-taka,
    * * * * * * * * I have read you article and I want you to know that I dont like the way you wrote your article. You are too much subjective to your report/article. Subjective reporting is use mainly by irresponsible journalist in order to achieve their own personal or someone motive but professionally it isn't.

    * * * * * * * *We, know that there is no other fastest way of achieving economic recovery but to protect and support the current economy and economic policy of our government. If you can see, the economic policy is ideal. But that economic program could not be implementedly well and appreciated because of destabilization or coup plot.

    * * * * * * * *If you think, that PGMA did something wrong... Then, let it be and do peace for awhile. First, Let us help protect our economy, then support the economic policy. Once, the economy improved and continue going up, there would be more investment(local and foreign) and investments means more* jobs. More jobs means businesses. More jobs means low poverty rate. Low poverty rate means low crime rate, low crime rate means security. At the end high quality of life for every filipino will be achieved. So, if we have achieved that quality of life(high) then it is the perfect time for "PayTime", if you think she did something wrong then file a criminal case against her.

    * * * * * * *After all the big destabilization and economic saboutage, our president is still in power. Showing a good sign that she is indeed a powerful leader or extraordinary, backup by International Community's Claimed that PGMA are among the top powerful leader in the world. That's reallity and we can't deny that. 1+1=2 and never been 5.

    * * * * * *Now, this is the perfect time. To help protect and improve our economy. Let us show the world that we, Pilipino are peace loving people or citizen of the world. And show them that government could not be taken away, by just one snap of a hand of prominent people. And it is a indeed a good sign. A Strong Leadership + Civil obedience= fast recovery of our economy and Good Image.

    * * * * * Hope, that you and your collegue ay "May Malaskit sa bansa".

Make love not war!!!
