I'm just saying what i feel so here it goes.... T_T

I believe that when you lap the true120 you should lap also the processor. I THINK the reason why the true120 is convex is because the Core processors (don't know about AMD's) are CONCAVE.

i say this because after lapping my true120 (i'm 98% sure that it is flat. did some flatness test and mirror test and the razor blade test) and mounting it to my UNLAPPED Q6600 CPU, 12 hours of prime95, 4 days of rough gaming, 5 days not turned off.... i noticed that the temperature compared to my HSF was just a decrease of 3-4C. not satisfied even after lapping only the true 120.

so i tried remounting it and then i noticed a SQUARE outline that was made by my CPU to my true120. just shows that the CPU is CONVEX..

so i decided to lap my CPU took me about 2 hours to make sure everything is right.

mounted it and now i'm getting a 35C idle temp and now 33C idle from 43C idle with my stock HSF...

ganahan lng ko ipagawas ako gibati. hehe.

and about realtemp core temp and other sensors, please look at this.. this is a screene of my PC running four temp reading softwares. ^_^

@ajol: init gyud core 2 duo ug quad <----mas init ang AMD bro X2 compare to C2D / QC

@fish: init? sure ka? mas bugnaw man tingali ang core2 kaysa AMD processors... <---ur absolutely right bro my X2 AMD got 40-45C cooled max w/ coolermaster GEMENII-S full load...

AMD is much hotter than INTEL. Though AMD is a true ENERGY EFFICIENT CPU than intel.
