Sigh, We have about half a dozen of those... all of them are being refitted as of the moment (New electrics, new walls, bathroom, even the ceiling - at that price) middle of June would be an estimate.

The location I was refering to is our Colon and Sikatuna areas.
The rest (Mandaue, Guadalupe, Banawa, etc) are already (or still ) occupied . We've also decided to mothball (hold) the office spaces in favor of storage or the time being... we're rushing the residential units for renovation. Okidoki, will inform on updates.

The location is nice though... it's one ride to or from just about anywhere.

the small and medium 3.5k Up... but they're being refitted as of the moment. Only the furnished big ones (25sqrm) 8k up are ready.
