I haven't spent my High School in Don Bosco...but I had classmates from that school when I went to college and enrolled in Architecture (it is Technical along with all the other Eng'g courses) at one of the best universities here in Cebu.

In my early years (1st and 2nd years), all my classmates that came from Don Bosco have an edge in technical drawings since they probably have had training in secondary school. But by the time when we were on our 3rd year... those who came from DB were surpassed (in terms of speed, ideas, drafting abilities, etc) by my other classmates that didn't even know how to work with a technical pen in our freshmen years.

Moral lesson - even if you don't have any technical background/overview...nothing beats your own desire to learn or simply your undying interest in the matter.

If batian gani ka sa machine shop sa don bosco, see if you have tried the lathe and milling machines used in USC-TC. Because if you do, you'll even miss the reject lathe machines used for DB High schools.

If you see DBTC not good in technical education, wait till you compare other high schools or colleges. I'm not familiar with CITE, but I know they have good facilities since I've heard they are well supported, especially with the Opus Dei.

I am not a loyalist of DBTC, but i see you are bitter with your Alma Mater.
ako lang point is sayang ang mga MADE IN ENGLAND UG GERMANY machineries gamay ra ug daot ila lang pasagdan if sakto palang pag maintain dsad ko muhatag ug negative comment .sa woodworking pud kamao ang mga student mu gamit ug chisel pero kabaw kaha unsa.on pag BA.ID?. ang ISD kato para manufacturing ila naman to ge pa abang sa ako na dungog.
